It seems to me this isn’t a mood chair at all and only responds to the colour of shirt the person is wearing.

theres a camera in the chair back that looks at the color of your shirt, and changes accordingly. may also have weight sensors to detect where your weight is settled, which could then be used to calculate current body positining which is a real life mood indicator. also temp too, most likely. technology sure is goin somewhere nowadays
